Our Managing Director, Dato’ Ooi Ghee Shen, recently visited the Pavilion Square site, where the project is being constructed by China State Construction Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd (CSCEC Malaysia).
Established in 2013 as the Malaysian subsidiary of CSCEC, the company has since managed over 50 landmark projects across Malaysia, Thailand, and Cambodia, with a total contract value exceeding RM26 billion. With a strong workforce of more than 600 management staff and a localization rate of 52%, CSCEC Malaysia continues to play a vital role in shaping Malaysia’s urban skyline.
The visit offered valuable insights into their approach to large-scale construction and reinforced Enlight Group’s appreciation for the expertise and capabilities that top contractors bring to complex developments.
