Every time you donate blood, you have the potential to save up to three lives. In Malaysia, there is a constant demand for blood in hospitals, especially for accident victims, surgery patients, and those with blood disorders.

✅ Who Can Donate?
You can donate blood if you:

Are aged 18–60
-
Weigh at least 45kg
-
Are in good health (no fever, cough, or recent illness)

Have had enough rest and a meal before donating
Don’t worry — it’s safe, quick, and you’ll be guided by trained medical professionals throughout the process.
